It is very efficient since no service call is required and you can watch what is done while the technician explains what they are doing.
When you click the above Team Viewer support link, the file "TeamViewerQS" will download to your computer. It is guaranteed to be safe.
Just double click that download to run it. Your session id and password will be created. Provide this information to your support technician and LQC will then connect to your computer.
Once the support session has ended, no one including LQC can connect to your computer again until you run the TeamViewerQS file again.
