Our support services are billed by the hour. We strive to provide great value and we do not bill for return service calls associated with existing support issues but rather only for the time required to effect the repair or service needed. Below are our current rates which are subject to change but which are honored until those changes (if any) appear on this web page. Most of our clients take advantage of our Block Time to save money and simplify billing.
Standard Service Call $92 (time onsite billed in quarter hour increments)
Emergency Service Call $138 (response time of 3 hours or less)
After hours and weekend rate $150 per hour (billed in quarter hour increments)
